GENERAL INSTRUCTION

Please meet with the clients to discuss their expectations and requirements before cleaning begins and again before completion, to ensure we are aligned and expectations are met on both sides.

KITCHEN

1. Remove debris from the countertops and wash them with a damp microfiber cloth and an all-purpose cleaner.
2. Rinse the cloth well and wipe down the exterior and interior of cabinet doors and the cabinet pulls.
3. Clean the exterior of your kitchen appliances, including the stovetop.
4. Scrub the inside and outside of the microwave and other small appliances.
5. Clean the kitchen sink.
6. Sweep and mop the floors, working from the far corner to the entryway.

WASHROOM

1. Remove bath rugs, trashcans, and anything in the tub or shower.
2. Use an all-purpose cleaner to spray down the shower walls, doors, and tub, then scrub them with a nylon scrubbing pad.
3. Apply grout cleaner to the grout and let it sit for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse the shower walls and tub.
5. Use an all-purpose cleaner to clean the vanity, sink, and faucet, then rinse.
6. Wipe down the mirror with a cloth and glass cleaner.
7. Mop the floor with hot water and an all-purpose cleaner and rinse off the residue.

LIVING ROOM

1. Declutter by removing anything that doesn't belong in the living room.
2. Dust from top to bottom with damp microfiber cloths, including picture frames, shelves, and furniture.
3. Vacuum or sweep the floor.
4. Clean the windows and window treatments like blinds.
5. Use rubbing alcohol and a paper towel to disinfect remotes, game controllers, and similar small electronics.

BEDROOM

1. Pick up any clothing or other clutter from the floor.
2. Dust the tops of windows and doors, then work your way down, dusting all surfaces.
3. Clean the windows with glass cleaner.
4. Vacuum or sweep the bedroom floor.

LIVING ROOM

1. Dust from the top down using a microfiber cloth, starting with the light fixture or ceiling fan.
2. Clean the windows and blinds.
3. Remove everything from the dining table and wipe it down with a damp microfiber cloth.
4. Wipe down the legs or pedestals of the table.
5. Damp-wipe the dining chairs from top to bottom, including between slats and other tight spots.
6. Vacuum or sweep the floor.

LAUNDRY ROOM

1. Declutter by moving cleaning supplies into cabinets and removing laundry baskets and anything else on the floor.
2. Damp-wipe the light fixture or ceiling fan, the ledges above doors and windows, and other surfaces, high to low.
3. Use an all-purpose cleaner to wipe down the exterior of the washer and dryer.
4. Wipe the laundry counter and cabinet doors with an all-purpose cleaner.
5. Sweep and mop the floor.
6. Wash any dirty laundry.

DEEP / MOVE-OUT / MOVE-IN

Includes all Standard Cleaning services plus the following:

1. Clean visible baseboards and window sills
2. Clean hanging light fixtures (up to 10’ ceilings)
3. Clean finished basement (floors, countertops, furniture vacuumed)
4. Clean inside of microwave
5. Clean additional open shelves and ledges
6. Clean under-counter garbage and recycling areas
7. Sweep front and back porches (weather permitting)
8. Vacuum and mop walk-in closets and pantry areas
9. Clean laundry room and mudroom (vacuum floors and clean countertops)
10. Clean door frames

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Services we DO NOT provide-

1. Items or areas higher than 10 feet
2. Full washing of walls and ceilings
3. Removal of pest(s), cleaning of bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, and other biohazards
4. Cleaning following a fire or smoke damage and areas strongly saturated with smoke odor (from heavy cigarette smoke, heavy vaping, or cannabis smoke)
5. Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, and garages
6. Cleaning under heavy objects or furniture that requires lifting or moving
